St. Mother Teresa C.B. Sr. Sec. School was established in 1965. At the time of establishment it was started as Primary School and named as Cantonment Board School. It was upgraded to Upper Primary in 2003, Secondary in 2012 and Senior Secondary in 2013. It was renamed as St. Mother Teresa C. B. Sr. Sec School in 2017.
It is a co-educational, Pre-Primary to Senior Secondary school run by Delhi Cantonment Board. The school is affiliated by Central Board of Secondary Education. The school imparts quality education with an emphasis on physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual development of the children who are the trustees of the Nation’s future.
School is a place in which all children grow, not just in size and knowledge, but also in curiosity, competence and understanding. Hence, a sophisticated infrastructure is essential to make the contemporary Education more effective. We, at St. Mother Teresa School, have a strong infrastructure to fulfil the requirements of students.
CCTV SURVEILLANCE : Utmost importance is given to the safety and security of students and therefore, each nook and corner of the School Campus is guarded with CCTV Surveillance.
DIGITAL CLASSROOMS : The introduction and regular use of technology is mandatory in Education System. Therefore, to make the Teaching-Learning process more interesting and effective. Classrooms are equipped with latest Digital Smart Boards in each classroom.
COMPUTER LABORATORY : As the computers have become an integral part of our world and one of the basic requirements to keep oneself updated in the field of Education, the school has a computer lab with the latest computers. There are well-qualified and experienced teaching staffs to guide the students and help them make the best use of information technology.
LIBRARY : The books are, undoubtedly, the best way to gain and enhance one’s knowledge. The school library caters to the requirement and interests of the children of all classes. The school has variety of books including Text and Reference books, Story Books, Children’s encyclopaedia, Newspaper and periodicals.
PLAYGROUND : Students are trained in cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, carrom, table tennis, badminton, chess and athletics. Training is conducted during school hours.
MUSIC ROOM : Under the supervision and guidance of a dedicated Music teacher, our students explore musical instruments such as the Harmonium and the Keyboard among others. Through school events like Independence Day, Daily Assemblies, Annual Day and Inter School Competitions, students are provided a stage to showcase their Musical talents as well as an opportunity to get comfortable performing in front of large crowds.
School Counsellor: The School Counsellor is available to students and parents with prior appointment.
Regular career counselling sessions are also conducted for the senior students.

Our goal as a school is to educate all students to the highest levels of academic achievements, to enable them to reach and expand to their potential, and to prepare them to become productive, responsible, ethical, creative and compassionate members of society.
To cater the educational needs of the children of especially weaker section of the society by providing them free education and also encouraging them to participate in various other fields.
